Returns & Exchanges:

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of purchase and by initiating the return/exchange within 24 hours of delivery. The return and exchange can be initiated by sending us an email at customersupport@artyska.com. We will provide you with the address for the return of the product.

Please send the following details

• Reason for return of the product

• Photo of the product which you want us to deliver us back.

Artyska requests that the product be unused and the product tag and the packing is intact when the customer is returning the item for both returns and exchanges.

In case you have ordered the wrong size we can offer you an exchange /alter for one time without charges. However, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Artyska reserves the right to inspect the returned item for any damages introduced by the customer in which case the refund request may not be honored.

Products that have been tampered with or used cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Products custom-made for the customer do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
