Your Shipping:

• We ship throughout the week.
• We want to make your life a little easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly.

For in-stock items that don't need sizing or personalization:

• We ship throughout the week except for Sunday and federal holidays.
• Orders placed by 2:00 PM Monday-Friday ET will ship the next day.
• Orders placed by 2:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

For items on Pre-Order:

• We ship approximately after a month after orders are placed.
• Items that are on pre-order will be shipped after a month from the order date.

Ship to your door:

• You will get an email when your purchase is shipped.
• We use UPS or USPS only.
• Please provide your complete address and contact number for shipping.
• Tracking your order.
• We will send you an email with the estimated arrival date.
• You can also choose the tracking number on your courier's website.

Estimated Arrival Date:

The estimated arrival date for your purchase would be 7-20 business days.
However, there are some factors that might cause your estimated arrival date to change:

• Weather Delays.
• Shipping vendor(courier) service disruptions.
• The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
• The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items.
• The shipping method you selected in checkout.
• The items on pre-order.
